Community Partnerships - Building a Stomping Ground Season 4

There are so many incredible parts about working with Maddy Linder. She has an unrivaled amount of patience and compassion. She always seems available for people to lean on or talk to and she listens, and she has one of the biggest most humbly curious hearts I know. Another incredible trait that I am learning about Maddy is her intense tenacity.

Check out the fourth season of Building A Stomping Ground where Maddy interviews the 10 Non-profit leaders that we partner with to get kids to camp each summer.

Maddy came to the rest of the team about a month ago with the idea to record a podcast highlighting the community partners we work with and BOOM in less than a month she made it happen. Hosted, edited, and shipped!

Her thoughtful reporting amplified the voices of these leaders who selflessly dedicate their lives to serving their communities.

In each episode, Maddy sits down with leaders from one of our ten different non-profit partnerships. Through intimate conversations, listeners gain insight into the crucial work these organizations undertake, the barriers they encounter, and the transformative power of adopting an abundance and partnership mindset. Maddy’s genuine curiosity and empathy create a space for guests to share their experiences, challenges, and victories.

One of my favorite episodes is the one with Ramon Javier, the head of school at George Jackson Academy.

He shares some amazing stories about why he feels so called to do the work that he does. At one point in the episode, he tells Maddy how the boys all celebrate each other when they get into highschools of their dreams. Their support and love for one another is genuine and remarkable and you can tell it trickles down from the school's leadership and the values they live by.

Maddy and her guests advocate for a paradigm shift—one where abundance and collaboration are the cornerstones of sustainable community development.

In a world often characterized by division and discord, this podcast reminds us that we are stronger together—that by lifting each other up, we can create a more just, equitable, and compassionate society.

So, whether you're an aspiring changemaker, a seasoned philanthropist, or someone who believes in the power of community, Check out this podcast and get INSPIRED! Thanks, Maddy!
